The Country House near Baden with it’s huge garden offer’s privacy and tranquillity

This beautifull country house near Baden (AG) offers complete privacy in your huge garden-space and it is well equipped with plenty of garden chairs. On Top it has a lovely sunset lounge. A location for business people (expats) or a family with a passion for gardening and plants.

FACTS ABOUT THE LOCATION

The house is located at the boarder of a small village (private access only) and has a parking space in front of the house and a garage nearby. Inside there are two floors. In the upper floor there is the entrance and on each side a room to the back yard. On the front side you will find also two rooms with access to the long balcony on the south side with view to the garden.

The Terrace on the east side of the house where is the kitchen and the laundry/drying room

If you go downstairs you will find a divided but open space of a living room and a dining room connected to the kitchen. Two doors on two sides of the house lead you to the spacious garden wich has also a small water biotop. Behind the kitchen is the loundry room and another drying room with some installations.

The Garden is completely surrounded by bushes and trees and no one can look inside. You can enjoy complete privacy and tranquillity. The only sound you will here comes from the birds.
